We acknowledge that the Youth 7 Summit will take place on unceded Anishinaabe Algonquin territory. The Anishinaabe Algonquin Nation have lived on this land for millennia, nurturing their culture, environment, way of life and communities.
Gathering on this land is an opportunity to engage in meaningful dialogue, reflecting on the responsibilities we share in shaping a more just and inclusive future. Young Diplomats of Canada continue to learn, understand, respect and honor all First Nations, Inuit, and Métis peoples and their invaluable past and present contributions to this land and future generations to come.
